Academic Process

  • Admissions

    Accepted Transfer Credit from Previous Institution
    • 2nd Year Transfer: 35 Credits
    • 3rd Year Transfer: 70 Credits

  • Enrollment

  • Registration

    Registration Credit Limits
    • Students with a GPA below 3.5 from the previous semester: 12-18 credits
    • Students with a GPA of 3.5 or above and with no failed courses from the previous semester : 18-24 credits

  • Courses and Attendance

    • Each semester is 15 weeks.
    • Each class’s video is posted on the same day every week at midnight. (KST)midnight.
    • Participation (viewing) of the video is required within two weeks after posting.

  • Grading

    Grade Evaluation and Standards
    • Grades are given based on at least three metrics; attendance, assignment or quiz, and exam (midterm and final exam)
    • Students are required to attend 75% or more of each course. Additionally, students must complete at least two of the following: assignment, midterm, or final exam.

  • Credit Requirement

    140 total credits are required for graduation.
    • 45 credits or more must be in the student’s major.
    • 21 credits or more, of which must be from elective courses.

  • Graduation

    Graduation Requirements
    • Students must complete at least six regular semesters.
    • Students must have completed at least 140 credits.
    • Early Graduation Requirements: Eligible students for early graduation have met the above requirements and have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above.
